Building:
This four storey building dates from the beginning of the XX century.

Scope:
The project aims to renovate the whole building by converting the upper floor into a living space and adding 2 new levels. This can be done by extended the building upwards and the resulting space freed up internally can be redistributed to create a mixed-use project with space for a shop or business on the ground floor and 4 levels of residential units with terrace on the rooftop. This is possible thanks to the presence of higher neighbors.

Project:
The lower part of the building remains the same and the new extensions are built in CLT (cross laminated timber) wood and coated with a mix of wood and metal.

Status of the project:
Study approved but project not realized
